A rather small  field started the event in C0, with not so fresh legs I decided to just sit in and go on the climbs mid way each lap. Drama struck on the first climb as I started to feel the bearing  of my BB break under me, causing me to some how pull the quick release loose on the bike and trainer. 

With no option to stop and fix it I just kept it together waiting for the the last climb again just to find I did not have the legs to go after a unexpected attack of the front without rocking the bike to much putting some strain on my ankles on the last part of the climb, just to much movement in the BB and rear of the bike.

Happy with a 3rd spot on tired and sore legs.
